Delete your PayAutomate account
You can request deletion of your PayAutomate merchant data without opening the dashboard. We will delete the PayAutomate records tied to your squard.dev account.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the same address you used to sign up.
- Use the subject line: Delete PayAutomate account.
- Tell us if you also want the same squard.dev login removed from other products.
What we delete
- Merchant profiles, payment numbers, webhook URLs, and API keys
- Products and public checkout pages you created
- Payment verification records tied to those merchants
- Auth sessions and device tokens for PayAutomate
Timing
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some backups or security logs may remain for a limited period, then expire. We may keep records if required by law (for example fraud investigations).
Shared squard.dev login
PayAutomate uses a shared squard.dev account. Deleting only PayAutomate data leaves the login available for other apps. Ask us to delete the whole squard.dev account if you want it removed everywhere.
